About Vanessa:

I am a certified birth doula under DONA and a certified birth and bereavement doula under Stillbirthday Academy®. I’m married to my husband Quinn, and we have four children, Liam, Ainsley, Owen and Harlow. I have served and supported families in the DFW metroplex for 10 years and each birth has made me fall more in love with what I do.

I began attending births in July 2012, and have loved every family and every birth I’ve had the privilege of supporting. Each birth is unique and amazing and my hope is that I can help your family feel prepared, informed and supported as you go through the process of bringing a new life into the world. I’ve attended unmedicated, medicated, waterbirths, high risk, induced, cesareans, VBAC, VBAC after multiple cesareans, premature, stillbirth, loss procedures, miscarriage, post loss, sexual abuse survivors, teens, out of state clients, surrogates, same sex couples, in hospital and out of hospital births.
